The total investment of the project is 250 million yuan, including equipment investment of 80 million yuan, covering an area of 100 mu and a total construction area of 60,000 square meters. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase of the project is planned to start construction in December 2019. It will be completed and put into operation in October 2020 to build a production line with an annual output of 60 million meters of weaving and coated fabrics.

The second phase of the project is scheduled to start construction in December 2020, and will be completed and put into operation in August 2021 to build an annual production capacity of 60 million meters of printing and dyeing production line. After the project is completed and put into production, the annual sales can reach 300 million yuan and the tax revenue is 10 million yuan.

Since the beginning of this year, the high investment environment of Gaofang District has attracted merchants to investigate and settle down, introducing 38 new projects with a track record of over 100 million yuan, 23 new contracted projects, 8 new construction projects, 9 new completion projects and 5 new production projects. The 60 million textile and coated fabric project is another project worth more than 200 million yuan that was signed this year.
