Yining County Textile Industry Park has a planned area of 20 square kilometers, focusing on the complete industrial chain of spinning, weaving and home textile products, and making every effort to build an industrial cluster with highly concentrated production and closely related products. The first phase has completed a total investment of 3.4 billion yuan, built a standardized factory and supporting facilities of about 450,000 square meters, and has settled more than 20 upstream and downstream enterprises in textile, household goods and other spinning, weaving, home textiles, clothing and textile industries. The industrial output value of the park will reach 1.102 billion yuan in 2022. The second phase of the project, with a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan, has completed construction and can accommodate 15 enterprises to settle in, forming a scale of 1 million spindle spinning and 2,400 looms.

In September 2021, Xinjiang Shuangding Textile Co., Ltd. settled in the first phase of the textile Industrial Park in Yidong Industrial Park, Yining County, with a total investment of 120 million yuan, is an enterprise mainly engaged in the production and sales of textile raw materials and auxiliary materials, engaged in the production of sizing, grey cloth, dyeing and printing products. At present, the company has warping machine, sizing machine, 288 air jet loom all put into production, the average daily output of 50,000 meters, an annual output of 20 million meters of weaving, the annual output value of nearly 200 million yuan. With the continuous improvement of enterprise efficiency, the enterprise expanded production this year, the second phase of the new plant, the current infrastructure construction is complete.

Li Daping, manager of Xinjiang Shuangding Textile Co., LTD., said: "This year, the first phase of the project is in a full load state, the market is better this year, there are more orders, some orders have been lined up to about a month, so we are now also promoting the landing installation of the second phase of the project as soon as possible, at present, about one-third of the installation has been installed, after the completion of about two plants, a total of 50,000 meters of grey cloth production per year, the annual output value can reach about 500 million yuan, It will become one of the largest enterprises producing grey cloth in the park."
